1. Margarine

Function: Imparts fine and stable water dispersion.

Suggested dosage: 1% of oils and fats

2. Shortening

Function: Adjust oil crystal.

Suggested dosage: 1% of oils and fats

3. Ice cream

Function: Improve shape retention.Provide foam stabilization.

Suggested dosage: 0.3-0.5%

4. Coffeemate
