is mixture emulsifier based on masson glycerol esters of fatty

Dairy / non dairy whipping topping (cover) with W4 in fomula:

Mix powder material together, and put the mixture poweder into room
temp. water, stir in low speed, uniformly, after completely
soluble, stir in high speed for 3-4 mins until sticky and fluxible
texture appears. Put the fluxible whipping cream on the top of
drink like coffe, juice, tea, sparkling water or keep it in
refrigerator for spare/ in serve.
